All payments are securely processed via a third-party payment provider that is duly authorized under applicable laws and holds the necessary licenses to handle financial transactions. Game Rush Universe does not store or process users’ payment card information. All such data is handled directly by the payment provider in compliance with applicable security and data protection standards. For transparency and ease of use, the Service operates on a fixed internal pricing model, where each 1 EUR paid corresponds to 10 Chips credited at the moment of purchase. This model is used exclusively to determine the number of Chips granted to the user and, where applicable, for refund calculations. Chips remain virtual units intended solely for use within the Service and do not constitute money, funds, or any cash equivalent, regardless of the applied pricing model. Chips are virtual units used only within the Service and do not represent real monetary value. Minimum and maximum purchase limits per transaction may apply and will be indicated during checkout. These limits may be modified periodically for purposes of security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Users may also purchase vouchers (voucher codes) for use within the Service. After a successful purchase, a unique voucher code is sent to the email address linked to the user’s account (or otherwise made accessible to the user). A voucher code can be redeemed within the user account by entering it into the designated redemption field. Once redeemed, the voucher provides the corresponding in-platform benefit as described at the time of purchase or issuance (for example, Chips or access to certain paid features). Vouchers are intended strictly for use within the Service. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are not withdrawable. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase or issuance, vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged. They may also be subject to expiration dates, usage limits, or other restrictions disclosed to the user. From time to time, vouchers may include promotional bonuses (such as additional Chips). These bonuses are granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms specified at the time they are issued.
Users may spend Chips to acquire digital items such as avatars and profile backgrounds. These items are purely cosmetic digital features intended for entertainment purposes. Once purchased, the digital item will be added to the user’s account and can be selected and applied through the profile settings. The purchase of a digital item grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use that item within the Service. No ownership rights are transferred to the user. Digital items have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real-world currency.
Users may request a refund for funds added to their account within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older and will be returned to the original payment method used. Refunds are granted exclusively in cases of technical errors or issues caused by our service and will not be issued for any other reasons. To request a refund, please contact our support team using the email address listed in the “Contact Us” section of the website. Be sure to include your transaction details and a description of the problem. Once the issue has been confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund amounts are calculated using the conversion rate of 1 Chip = €0.10 (10 Chips = €1).
Web Bros Gaming introduces a Player-versus-Player feature that enables users to participate in or host Events with other players. All PvP content is available in the “Events” section of the website. To enter an existing Event with an entry fee set by its creator, you must have enough Chips in your account and select the play icon. Users can also create their own Events by clicking the “CREATE PVP” button in the “Events” section. When setting up an Event, you must choose a game, specify the start and end dates, and set an entry fee. The maximum entry fee for any Event is 30,000 Chips (equal to 3,000 EUR), and your account balance must be sufficient to cover the selected fee. Chips earned can be used for paid features on the platform, including access to premium games, avatar purchases, and participation in or creation of Events. Please note that Web Bros Gaming is solely an entertainment platform—Chips have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may only be used within the platform.
